Refund policy

We want you to love your journal! If there’s an issue, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Due to the personal nature of our journals, we are unable to accept returns once the wrapping has been opened. However, if your journal arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please reach out to amreworld@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your journal.
• Ensure your journal is unused and in its original packaging.
• Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Refunds will only be issued in cases where the journal is received damaged or defective. Once verified, we will process the refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business day.
